Coordination

This service begins 3 months prior to your wedding or event, with reminders. After a "Final Details" meeting at the venue with you we will be able to create a timeline for you and distribute that to the appropriate vendors and the venue. We will fully take over vendor communication to ease your stress and answer any of their questions. We will also help conduct your rehearsal, manage your event setup, and up to 9 hours on the day of. This service is a necessity in helping you and your family and friends relax and enjoy the day. Includes $50 rental credit from our inventory.

With our planning services we can help you with as little or as much planning as you need. From finding the venue, to booking vendors, or just tying up any lose ends and bring your vision for your wedding or event to life. You will be given a detailed checklist and budget worksheet as well as our preferred vendor list.  We have a venue tour as well as a Final Details meeting prior to the wedding. Unlimited communication and day of coordination included. Includes a $75 rental credit from our inventory.

We can also provide full wedding weekend services; assisting with rehearsal dinner or welcome party and brunch the day after the wedding. 

Stressed about decor setup for your wedding day? Just need someone taking care of those details for you while you get ready for your big day? We are now offering wedding day setup! We will schedule a call to go over all of your details, arrive on wedding day and take care of everything for you to execute your vision. Contact us for more details, pricing varies depending on location and scope of work needed. 

If you need some help creating an overall vision we can help with some design ideas to look at and help procuring what ever is needed to implement that vision. We will help with overall color choices and decor selection from linen colors to charger plates, candles, etc. Coming soon in 2026 --- decor packages!!

Planning the wedding yourself but looking for some professional guidance? We can help you with things like timeline creation, budget worksheet, layout creation, design boards, etc. Schedule a one on one call and we can help answer any questions you might have. This service is outside of our other packages and is $100/hour.
